An extraordinary architectural experiment has arisen amid the endless plains of Central Asia: Astana, the new capital of Kazakhstan.  

Both internationally renowned and localarchitects are now designing spectacular and unique buildings in this dynamic city. Astana hosted the EXPO 2017.The greatest event has taken place only twenty years after the new city was built in the steppe alongside the old centre, based on a master plan by Kisho Kurokawa (Japanese architect)and showcasing district buildings by global star architects.The World Fair promoted the Kazakh capital to the premier league of global metropolises.
